Which one's better?

So I'm from 3rd world country (Venezuela), broke as fuck obviously, without any hope of getting my hand on any decent build and have this relative who's going to give me one of this 2 laptops (its a gift so don't complain about how old or crappy, my actual build has an AMD Athlon 64 II from 2005...):

Between both of this state of the art laptops, which one's the best? I'm a medical student who has to spent most of the time reading pdf files while having 20 tabs on firefox open and needs to switch between office and adobe acrobat and prey that it doesn't crash the system. Also casual gaming (my weeks are spent by: half studying half gaming) like: lol, L4D, TF2, tried fornite but my actual pc build would give me some powerful 15 fps on low @1024x768

Generally, Horrible Products.

Also, AMD in mobile applications leaves a lot to be desired compared to Intel in most situations.
