4K Graphics Card Please Help!!

Hello everyone, thank you ahead of time for reading this.  I'm getting back into the tech world after being a caregiver for my mom battling cancer so money is a issue.  However I need something that is going to work well for what I need.  I am building a Production PC and will never be used for gaming.  I will be working on video editing, photo editing, work, Study and in my down time watching Blue Ray Movies! I am planning on having 3-4 monitors and one of them possibly a TV.  This has been the most frustrating part. 

• Brand
  • I am not stuck on ether AMD or NVIDIA brand.
• Budget
  • I was hoping not to spend more than $600.00 but if you have a suggestion above that please still let me know!!.
• Use:
  • Production - Photo and video editing
  • Entertainment - Watching movies - No gaming
• Looks
  • It would be nice if it looks good! It will be on a window Case

The GTX 1070 Ti looks like a good option

A lower midrange card is likely all you need, depending on if your applications actually take advantage of GPU acceleration or not.
