Ryzen 7 2700x , Rx 580/570, x470 mobo (most likely Asus Prime) for case im thinking Cooler Master Master Case 5 and a 750W psu (would bronze be good) also what ram would be good.

What is it being used for? Gaming alone or other tasks?

A good quality 600w psu is just fine, and any set of ram will do you fine just look for high speeds 3000mhz or up cause ryzen loves memory speed.

FOr pricing it depends on where you live. Generally though the highest clocked tightest timing'd RAM within budget.

Also for gaming only I would go for the 2600x

Virtually any RAM that is at least 3000MHz will do for Ryzen.

 

As for PSU, corsair TX750M and CX750M models are good options, both being semi-modular and cable-management-friendly. Although having said, you probably don't need a 750W PSU unless you're going to something like a GTX 1080 Ti in the future.

There are boxes to allow you to choose whether 1x4, 2x4, 1x8, 2x8, etc. suggested 2xCapacity kits or matched 1xkits

If its for gaming, get a 2600 with a b350 Pro4 and put the extra $200 towards a vega 56 or gtx 1080.

For your PSU, go with a 650 from an upper mid-range line (focus+, TXM, RM...)

For RAM, the Ripjaws V 3600 is on sale for $155 right now, major no-brainer.

Ill use it for unity, some modelling and want it to be decent for gaming.What I might do is get an even worse placeholder gpu and later upgrade to Vega
