Properly NAT VMWARE

Hello,

I want to NAT my VM to search my users in my HOST network.

My host network is withing 192.168.1.0-192.168.1.254 IPS

Meanwhile my linux while scanning the network only shows the VMWARE services.

Take a look at my settings
