XLR Mic problem

So I recently bought an XLR setup with an XM8500 and a UMC22 but it doesn't work. 

 

The UMC22 itself is receiving and is giving out a +48V to the mic but the mic isn't giving any posts. 

 

Ideas?

Disable the pad, turn off +48v (phantom power is only needed on condenser microphones), turn on direct monitoring, check your audio hardware settings in your DAW.
