Logitech M25C not morking

Hello, I have a kind of new Logitech M25c mouse. For a while it hasn't been working. I've been trying to find a fix but nothing has been working. On the light under the scroll wheel it shows green. When I go into device manager the mouse is shown on "Mice and other pointing devices". When I put in the USB Receiver, it says "USB Receiver" is set up and ready to go, but still, nothing works. Someone please help.4
