Wireless Headset Setup that works w/ Xbox/PS4/PC

Hey guys,

What I'm trying to do is use a pair of wireless headphones with a built in mic(some kind of gaming headset probably). However, I would like it to be able to work across all my devices with a functioning mic. Also, I'd like it to just work, without having to unplug stuff and plug stuff back in. Like a USB dongle. So perhaps a DAC is needed. The audio doesn't need to be mixed. If I can switch from source to source that works too. I don't know much about audio equipment so any advice would be much appreciated.

Xbox doesn't use bluetooth
