Headset Recommendation

So... I need a new headset...

I am a long time user of the G933 Artemis Spectrums... but the USB transmitter got busted and the 3.5mm audio jack got sheared... (never let my sister use my headsets again)

then I got the Logitech G430's and am a long time advocate of this headset... but considering it is almost busted...

I need some new ones...

Here is what I want...

1. No RGB... what is the point of spending extra if I can't see the RGB its giving off.

2. closed ear...

3. Noise Canceling

4. Surround sound (I want to be able to hear where bullets are coming from)

5. Volume controls on the headset itself (like a volume rocker wheel that actually tells windows to turn up or turn down the music)

6. a mic

7. Good bass... (I like rock music)

Please give all your suggestions... I am not impartial towards different brands I just want a new pair of headphones... preferably black and green or just flat black
