Gaming/streaming PC Requiement

I am  planning to build a PC to both play and stream the game from the same machine does this configuration good for it and also My brother will do video editing in is does this Configuration OK plz suggest if anything is required to add to this list

Ram - 32 gb ddr4

GPU - Nvidia gtx 1080ti

SSD - 1 TB M.2 ssd

HDD - seagate barracuda 4 tb (*2) in raid 1

What streaming software do you plan on using? Also, what settings would you use for it? 480p? 720p60? Recording alongside streaming?

In general it'd be fine, but just wondering.

you don't need 32GBs of RAM, should save money with a free-sync equvilance display at $399 ish

 

should grab a 1070ti or Vega 56 as next gen GPUs will be out soon enough.

Why are you getting an ancient case? or do you already have it?

While an i7-8700K has slightly better gaming performance, the difference is not that great. The added cores of the 2700X make it a better cpu for streaming. Either cpu offers very good video editing performance.

 

Consider a better quality psu. I'd also suggest going with an 850W unit if you are going to overclock the cpu and gpu.

 

Barracuda are not designed for use in RAID arrays. I would suggest drives specifically designed to be used in arrays.

 

Consider a newer case design that includes front panel support for USB 3.1 gen 2 type C.
