I've been searching around for an SSD to use as a boot drive and I keep coming across these. Does anyone know if they are any good?

for budget ssds, i like Micro centers in house brand, the inland professional line up. i use 2 of their 480 gb variants as my storage drives.

Well, SSDs have definitely gotten cheaper these days, like you can get entry level 2.5' SATA 3 droves for really really cheap prices but they are not the fastest of the branch. And don't get mislead with the m.2 formfactor ones who use sata3 interface connection. They are expensive and the only reason to put in is if you don't have enough space to install the standard drives. If you want something really a lot faster, get an NVMe m.2 or ones that directly use PCIe x4 lanes, but only if you want the extream of extream.

console.log("way to pro");
