Transferring windows onto new build

I am in the finishing stages of my build and I wanted to know, Instead of buying windows 10 again, can I use the one on my old computer and transfer the license?

Just plug your HDD/SSD into your new computer and check. It all depends is it OEM or not, but check first if it working, then (if not) think about other options.
