So im new to the whole CPU overclocking thing and i want to overclock my CPU to something acceptable.

I have a I5 7600k base speed 3.79GHz

my cooler is a Corsair H45

and my PSU is a Thermaltake 630W 87% efficiency

and i have a MSI Z270 GAMING PRO CARBON

so if anyone can give me a stable overclock setting that would be cool.

Overclocking isn't a clear cut copy-paste process.
Variables come into play, even between products in the same line.

The Silicon lottery could say "no, you don't get to overclock" like my 4790k has. I can't keep it stable much over 100mhz boost, as one example.

Watch some guides, learn what you're doing, and give it a shot, there's only one way to learn!
