Posted July 20, 2018 I think the model is really important here. I would prefer to play on a deathadder over a $5 logitech mouse, despite my using a g502. Posted July 20, 2018 10 minutes ago, StellarPC said: what brand of mouse do you prefer to game with? corsair. there lineup is solid from the harpoon to the fancy one with rgb. my first gaming mouse was from corsair. i got a corsair harpoon, then i got a deathadder elite and the cable got torn out, now im back to corsair. their products are really solid, i have a 3 year old keyboard that still works fine (my STRAFE) and my cx550m is still good. the only thing thats bad is the corsair ssds. they have great quality but are really expensive. Posted July 20, 2018 Which model matters more than the brand since every brand makes quite a range of products (some more than others though). Personally I love my Mionix Naos 7000 Solve your own audio issues | First Steps with RPi 3 | Humidity & Condensation | Sleep & Hibernation | Overclocking RAM | Making Backups | Displays | 4K / 8K / 16K / etc. | Do I need 80+ Platinum? Posted July 20, 2018 I really like my g502 and g403. Honestly like the g403 a bit more for it's simplicity.
Posted July 20, 2018 I prefer Logitech (G403 cuz it’s light and simple just what I like), Razer Deathadder elite (current mouse), Steelseries Rival 600, and Finalmouse Ultralight. you can probably see a trend between these mice as they’re all good for Shooter games which is what I play mostly poop
 Posted July 20, 2018 The following mouses I have Microsoft ball mouse, PS/2, can't remember what happened to it. Got it for free with my first build or something, can't remember. Microsoft Intellimouse Optical, USB, and comes with a USB to PS/2 adapter. Bought it back then at Best Buy for $30 bucks, came with a 5 year warranty. It's 17 years old and it still works. Logitech G700, spend $90 on this. Buttons crapped out just when the warranty had expired. Tried to fix the switch, didn't work, so that's the end of that mouse. Had to take out my Intellimouse, while I look for a replacement. Logitech G502, current mouse, so far so good. I wish there is a rest area for your pinky, like the G600, but the G600 don't have hyper scroll and I like hyper scroll. Mouse I with my laptop Logitech Anywhere MX: buttons crapped out the same way as the G700. Lasted a bit longer than the warranty period. Corsair Scimitar RGB: Replacement for my Anywhere MX, had tons of buttons to bind programs or commands. Stop using it because, I move my laptop around a lot and use it on different surfaces, and carrying the mouse pad is not the answer. It also has RGB. The problem is RGB only works when you're login to windows, but your hand covers the RGB logo. At the lock screen, RGB don't work, color stays static. STUPID! Logitech Anywhere MX 2, current mouse for my work laptop, bluetooth, so I get to save a USB port.
