Compresses Memory Win10

Hello, every time my i exit out of applications, (Games, PS, Chrome,ect) (i fully exit out of them with task manager) my memory usage is always at 80-70% with no heavy applications opened; though when i restart everything goes back to normal until i open and close out games,ps,chrome,ect. i already looked up the windows 10 memory compression and couldn't disable it via powershell. here are a few screenshots of my task manager, (1st one had a single chrome tab open)

Stop all that Razr crap and other unnecessary apps. Use resource monitor to more accurately find what is happening.

Malwarebytes, and Microsoft security essentials

i just restarted my pc sitting at 20% ram usage

That's bit better. You can use free memory cleaning programs to help at times too. Helps me regain RAM quickly for urgent tasks.

but im back to 60% usage from opening steam with 9gb in use (compressed)

yeah i know that but when i close it my memory usage shouldnt be a 80% for no reason

uninstall playstv

Just because you close a program does not mean things are removed from memory. Modern OS's will keep and pre-load things to memory and over-write them as necessary.


That's a lot of memory for steam to be using, barring you're patching something.
