It should be pre-screwed in the motherboard, and should be M2 (metric , size 2).

 

If there's no screw already on the motherboard, then  M3 may work (metric, size 3), same kind you would use to screw optical drives to the case. In your picture, it's E ... though I'm a bit concerned about the length, 5 mm long is a bit much .... I think the screws are M2 3 mm long or something like that.

 

But really, it should be in the motherboard, because the m.2 ssd gets screws to the motherboard, not the case.
