Dell Optiplex Xe SFF

Hey guys I am looking forward to take my Dell Optiplex Xe small factor form and turn it into a Gaming PC for a fairly cheap price. I want to change out anything that would make a good gaming pc and general use pc it already has Windows 10 Pro.
