Ccleaner.

A lot of people talks about temp files are great to remove but some people did suffer from bad performance after they have deleted their temp files. Ccleaner does someway this job (maybe I am wrong) . Some people says that Ccleaner is really good and some says that isn't that good. I am confused , I seriously don't know a lot about these things and I don't know what is recommended to clean with that program because you can check/uncheck some things.

I'd say CCleaner is more of a placebo. You can clean temporary files using the built in Disk Cleaner and cleaning registry keys might impose more harm than good

Do not use cleaners of any type. It's not like any files spilling out of the screen if you don't clean your hard drive. Leave everything as is and made more interesting stuff on your system than cleaning. Let's windows take care of that stuff.
