Flash if color then display turns off

PC Specs : 

• AMD Ryzen 5 1400 @ 3.2Ghz
• Crucial Ballistic Sport 16Gb @ 2666Mhz
• Gigabyte B350 Gaming 3 Bios F9d
• Asus Strix ROG RX 480 8Gb OC @ Stock speeds
• Samsung Evo 750 120Gb Boot drive
• Raidmax Cobra Power 700W
• Western Digital 2Tb 3.5'
• Toshiba P300 1Tb 3.5'
• EKWB 360 Slim Custom Loop Kit
• Windows 10 Pro 64bit

Problem :    

                 After Pc boots to windows login screen and logged in a few seconds later a single color screen will flash for few seconds and displays will turn off, and the GPU led's flash purple(set color) and white(default color), there are 4 led indicators on mobo for CPU, RAM, VGA and Boot, after error occurs CPU led is brightly shinning. Pc becomes unresponsive and a hard reset is required. Have already done a format and a reinstall of windows same error occurs.

Nice build except for that aweful powersupply, while it could be the issue I am thinking it may be elsewhere, but unstable/poor quality PSU's can make computers do funny things.

Thanks but i doubt its PSU, never had any problems with Raidmax power supplies
