Help! Laptop with 1050ti underperforming

I've been facing a weird problem i can easily get 60 fps on very high settings in battlfield 1 and Just Cause 3 but the reason i bought this laptop was to get 1000fps in cod4 but i can't get 500 and my gpu usage is 30-40% integrated graphics usage 99% some people said that change to win7 but is there any other possible solution i've tried all nivida control panel possible solutions but still my gpu usage is maximum 30-40% help!!

Your monitor will never run at 500 FPS let alone 1000 FPS but I think I have a solution. Right click on the .exe file or shortcut to open it and select run with graphics processor or use graphics processor (I don't remember what it says) then choose your 1050ti.
