Outdated drivers?

This is driver that I have on my PC:

I tried to update it but it say it up to date...

but when I go to websites I see different versions:

when I go to Asus website I see this version (Version 22.9.16.0, 3/29/18):

when I go to intel website I see this version (even newer here, Version 23.2, 5/30):

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25016/Intel-Network-Adapter-Driver-for-Windows-10?product=64403

 

Is it the right drivers on this websites for my PC, if so, why Windows failing to detect newer drivers?

sometimes I have high ping spikes during games...

That most likely has nothing to do with your network drivers, and more likely has something to do with your router.
