Its a knife from Spyder Co. Also it's not a switchblade, just a normal folding pocket knife.

Wish I could just have a knife on my keyring but because I travel so much I've gotten many of them confiscated at the airport because I forgot it was on my keys. I don't even bother having small blades on my keys as I got sick of having to deal with issues at the airport when I forget to take them off
