Ones that go into the app store no, but there are a few Android apps that allow you to run python scripts, if that helps.

Well, sort of. If you root your device you can get it to run python scripts. My friends done this and made a program that connects to his PC for SMS messaging from his PC. It's quite cool.

Yes, but you need to first install Python on android to do so...
