PCi lanes

I am planning a build for my daughter's HS graduation present.  She will be going to art and or animation schools and want to make sure I have parts planned properly.   My biggest worry is making sure she has enough PCIe lanes to keep all her storage and peripherals moving fast.

 

Bang for buck, I am going to use the Ryzen 1800x , an M.2 ssd for boot and launching programs, 2 4tb sata hdds for storage, a gtx 1080 graphics card, a blue ray internal drive and wanted to add an internal wireless card. 

 

The processor will have 24 lanes...gpu taking 16, m.2 taking 4, wireless card taking 2...am I missing anything?

M.2, depending on how it's wired will pull from the chipset and not the CPU

Wireless card will definitely pull from the chipset.
