My laptop and desktop PC have unplugged ethernet wire, disabled network adapter, disabled bluetooth.

 

 

Once i TURN OFF PC or laptop - iUser gets mad. I have concern that iUser using my laptop ( CPU/Motherboard/ RAM/Device identity ).
Because every time i ( turn off/sleep ) my computer - iUsers gets mad: ( stops laying on the bed / starts bashing socket / locks in toilet for up to 2 hours ).

 

Extra info:
iUser have iphone, tablet, laptop without admin access. Also have internet access with router + access to socket - that socket have wires that comes from ISP anthenna, who provides internet and TV.

I working with eclipse and xampp ( mysql (localhost) +apache ), and I need nothing more.

 

THIS IS NOT VIRUS ACTIVITY, as I had tried severals OS (32/64) on those both computers.

And you said he gets mad and stops laying on your bed and starts bashing the socket, and then locks himself in your bathroom for up to two hours?

 

I think you might need a therapist bro. The networking section can't really help you here.
