USB Hub(not thunderbolt) connected to Thunderbolt port not working

I have a USB 3 hub connected to my Thunderbolt 3 port. It was working fine before, the devices I connected to it were showing uup, but now it doesn't recognize anything that was plugged into the usb hub. The usb hub works as I plugged it into another type c port, so the usb hub isnt the one thats causing problems..

 

In Device manager, it says Port reset failed
