USB Bios Flash

Hi, so I wanted to know: is there any risk and precation when using the asus usb bios flash feature?

Make sure the file is the correct one for your mobo, then flash away. Obviously any OC's are going to need to be reset also. Good luck!

It's literally impossible to screw up, you can reflash if you manage to mess up the first time

Use default BIOS settings and flash away.

If you check out TekSyndicate on YouTube they have a video that explains it. You can use usb flashback to fix a corrupted bios. Even if you pull the power. However, as a general rule, I would only flash a new bios if there is something really wrong with the current one and the new bios fixes it
