probably, if the 11 series is any attractive

We really can't say until we get the 11 series cards. 

To be honest, I can imagine the prices getting higher, but we'll just have to see when the time comes.

I dont think that we will see something below msrp, maybe a few discount when 11/20 gen comes but dont expect a lot. If you need a card buy it, maybe its in 1 month maybe in october, maybe on christmas.... probably when amd launches on 2019 his 7nm gpu (Q1 I think)

Depends on how much of a jump the next gen is going to be.  There will be a price drop when they arrive for sure, but if the specs are a big jump for the same price, people will rush to sell their cards in 'prep mode'.  It may not be as much as Pascal's release but still some.
