Haven't ordered from ebay before, is it trusted?

It can be :)

I want to buy the new XPS 9570 4k, i7, 16gb, 256gb version. Since it is not availiable in my country does anybody know a site where I can order it (preffer EU sites). Don't want to buy from Amazon cause shipping is around 300 euros then. Need help!

You sure you want XPS 15? It has many issues, such as thermal

I don't game and do 4k editing, thermals isn't this big of a deal.

Usage? If that's the case, an Ultrabook is more suitable, XPS 15 is for power users

All of the XPS computers are good in your scenario but yeah a bunch of them have issues that can be resolved by returning or exchanging the computer.  Obviously you living in Estonia really puts a damper on that, so IMO I would say avoid since if you didn't get a perfect one it would be a pain to get ti fixed or exchanged

My 9570 and 9370 were all perfect out of the box but I have heard countless other people who had tons of problems with theirs

I don't know if it's worth to take 13" model since i'm planning to buy external monitor anyways, thoughts?

Cause if so i'll be losing 1050ti.

Talking about this model:

well music production and light photo editing don't need a GTX 1050 Ti.  I'd think getting 16GB if you can would be worth it since it's soldered on but the 4K screen even thought I have it on my 9370 is not worth it unless you are 100% sure you will use the touch screen and need the better color accuracy.  But "light" photo editing IMO doesn't mean get the 4K Screen
