Help me. Mouse freeze

When I play games or watch videos, my mouse has been freezing and spazzing out so many times and it is very annoying. I have tried to uninstall my drivers many times and even bought a new mouse to see if something will change but however, it doesn't work. I also tried to put my mouse cable into other USB and that still doesn't work. When my mouse stutters or freezes my keyboard and other stuff are still working.

If it's a logitech mouse, try installing setpoint.

Have you tried the same mouse on other computers?
