Monitors 1080p @240Hz

What are the best monitors 1080p 240Hz under $350, in your opinion? I'm thinking of getting one, so I'd like some (as many as possible) buying recommendations. Thank you guys. Nvidia graphics card.

 

(and plz I'm asking for monitor recommendations so leave my PC alone!)

AMD or Nvidia GPU?

 

Asking because this determines if you'll need a G-Sync or FreeSync display(unless your GPU is capable of running 1080p240 without a hitch).l

I really don't understand much about monitors. What is LightBoost and this monitor have it?
