My computer is making a weird noise

So I accidentally  uninstalled windows 7 recently and am now stuck with windows 10. Unplugged the drives a bit, but everything is back to normal EXECEPT the fact that every 10-15 minutes my computer makes a real fast Beep Noise. It's a bit aggravating, nothing I can't drown out with headphones though. If someone knows what it can be, then I'd be glad to hear how to fix it.

.Try checking your GPU and CPU temps to make sure it's not a thermal warning.

.Try unplugging and plugging back in USB devices.

.Try uninstalling and reinstalling drivers for your USB devices.
