i want a intel 8 core to stream work and play games as i see intel wont really do a 8 core for years and over price as i kinda like the ryzen one but the rapid mode wont work is kinda bad as 960 evo cannot use the rapid mode?

i saw 1950 treatripper asit 800 dollers for a 16 core and 32 treats as am not sure first generation or second generation if i wait second generation will old trearipper be good price and still have similar to the second generation?

Will treadripper work 1950x for all games and stream low setting and placebo in the x264 mode and use a 1060 6gb with out problems and use a elgato pcie card in the slot with out problems and will ram be stable as i use a  pack of flare 32gb of ram of it?

how much fps do i loose as i ready use a 1800x for gaming and more will it be big different each other?

You'll be fine with a 6 core i7-8700K if you're doing more e-sports games (CSGO, Rocket League, League of Legends etc.) or an R7 2700X if you don't need quite as high FPS.  I strongly doubt you'd need to go as far as a Threadripper, those are more for people that are exporting large videos or other professional tasks.

Yes, the Threadripper can be overclocked. You would want the threadripper if you go down that path, but as stated for game streaming a 2700x or 8700K will be plenty.

TR and Epyc are basically the same except Epyc gets some more pro features like octochannel memory (max 2TB of RAM), 128 PCIe lanes, and dual socket support - all of which is super overkill unless you own a datacenter.

In lots of cases though an 8700K or 2700X is still better for the majority of professional applications since they have higher clock speeds, TR is only beneficial during the export stage.

i did some testing on my 8700k and i can get away with cpu preset of medium in OBS on most e-sport games like league, csgo and even pubg, but overall Fast preset works very nice.

as for dual pc setup i wouldn't even go the capture card route, look into NDI source.

this will save you money and all the audio bs that can come with setting up dual pc setup for streaming.
