If you can wait, i would get it from China.

Most cheap/simple stuff that costs me less than 22 euros (no import tax, don't know the laws of Germany) and isn't needed quickly comes from China :P

I know I occasionally see deals from other EU sites on HUKD( https://www.hotukdeals.com/ ), if you're looking for hardware/software.

If you're looking for games I cannot recommend https://isthereanydeal.com/ enough as it compares prices from many different digital stores and shows price history too, and works for £, €, and $

Importing or ordering within the EU is duty-free. I've bought stuff off french and spanish amazon before without issue.

Apart from that being a clear scam, not exactly what i meant.

If you mean proper hardware like graphics cards, cpu's, stuff like that, just get it locally.

If you need some cheap stuff like an HDMI cable, a cheap mouse or an average performing microSD card, than you can look at chinese webshops.

If you really think that you can get a legit Aorus Z370 motherboard for € 30, let alone a brand new one, then you are clearly completely misinformed about PC hardware in general.

no? i have the luck that a large online resller is 15km away but otherwise ther would not be a shop for such things (you can not count mediamarkt and saturn as pc component seller). Most people buy online.

If you mean new stuff Caseking, Alternate and some other are alternatives. Most times mindfactory is cheaper. For the used market facebook, ebay-kleinanzeigen, forum or friends. If you have time wait for deals for example with a search on mydealz.

For china aliexpress or ebay.

With locally i did indeed mean national resellers like caseking and mindfactory.

In europe you don't get those crazy deals you sometimes get in the US. Just doesn't happen.

The only thing i can remember being a deal recently is during the last black friday was an r5 1600 for 150 euro's. But that's it.

Amazon sometimes has such deals. Depending on where you live: Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.uk etc.

But indeed - in general - european stores do not offer such crazy deals
