Monitor worth it?

Hey, I have been looking at this monitor (https://prismplus.sg/products/prism-x315-pro) for a while, it's a 31.5 inch curved 1440p 144hz monitor. It's priced at $440USD, and is from a local startup shop here in Singapore. Is it a good deal, and are there any possible red flags?
