Okay.

New New Build:

2700X

Perhaps a better SSD like an 860 EVO or a 970 EVO.

Perhaps an upgrade to something like a GTX 1080.

Although you may want to upgrade your peripherals and get a more color accurate display will definitely help you in the future.

Hello I'm currently working on a game and if it makes a decent bit of money I'm definitely gonna build a new OP game dev computer (Even though I just finished buying all the parts for my new computer today or technically yesterday since it's 1AM haha). No price is too high I really just want to know what the best balance of parts to get the perfect amount of performance without anything being a bottleneck.  Here's my new build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/6cFhjy

What specs do you have now with newly built PC?

Generally, for a game development PC, I would say it's a good idea to have better Specs than you think you'd recommended for your game. If you know how your game performs.

E.g. if your game runs well on an i5, 8GB RAM and GTX 1050Ti at 1080p then I'd recommend running an i7, 16GB RAM and at least a 1060 6GB.

Judge a product on its own merits AND the company that made it.

How to setup MSI Afterburner OSD | How to make your AMD Radeon GPU more efficient with Radeon Chill | (Probably) Why LMG Merch shipping to the EU is expensive

Oneplus 6 (Early 2023 to present) | HP Envy 15" x360 R7 5700U (Mid 2021 to present) | Steam Deck (Late 2022 to present)

Mid 2023 AlTech Desktop Refresh - AMD R7 5800X (Mid 2023), XFX Radeon RX 6700XT MBA (Mid 2021), MSI X370 Gaming Pro Carbon (Early 2018), 32GB DDR4-3200 (16GB x2) (Mid 2022

Noctua NH-D15 (Early 2021), Corsair MP510 1.92TB NVMe SSD (Mid 2020), beQuiet Pure Wings 2 140mm x2 & 120mm x1 (Mid 2023),
