get a coraair CX instead of the M12, and an asrock pro4 for the mobo. a 240gb ssd is only $10 more so get that instead.

Pretty much what @Herman Mcpootis said.

Also the NZXT S340 is pretty choked when it comes to intake. Intake is just the small slot at the top of the front panel, with the rest of the front panel closed off. It also doesn't come with any intake fans, so you may need to buy some, though you can probably just move the top fan or rear fan to the front slot if you really need to. Just some things to take in to consideration.
