Do you have an SLI bridge connecting the two cards together?

dont see a connector like that, but whatever's used to power the PCIe slots will be either a 6pin or an 8pin, not 4pin. If it's shaped in a 2x2 square, that's an EPS 4pin connector for your CPU. If it's 4pins lined up in a straight line, that's a Molex 4pin used by some old graphics cards and low power draw expansion cards like sound cards.

 

Have you tested whether the second slot or second card doesnt work?

Test only 1 card. Take the first one out, then test only the second one. Then take that one out, then test the other one only. Tell me if the 2 cards work on their own.

From the looks of it it's the same thing as ASUS' EZ POWER (only on ASUS' mobo it's a molex power cable) and it shouldn't be needed for both GPU to work.

 

You need to check all your PCIE slots on your motherboard if both of your cards work. Take only one card and insert it in every PCIE slot and see if the PC boots every time with display.

What windows os are you one and is the second one showing up on the device manager?
