Which is better?

I have the CPU: AMD R7.

Is it good, or is it sh*t?

Like which is better this one, or intel I3/ Intel I5...?

I assume you mean Ryzen 7 1700, 1700x, 1800x, 2700, 2700x Those are a lot better in most activities then an i5, and all activities than a i3.

Do you mean the Ryzen 7 series of CPUs?

A Ryzen 7 is (generally speaking) the equivalent to an i7, so they are (generally speaking) better than an i5 and i3.
