Hello

Cabinet - NZXT Phantom 530

Mobo - MSI Z370A PRO

There is a back i/o led light and a led switch at the front of the case. Where exactly should I connect the 3 pin connector on the motherboard?

There is a multi - 3pin hub at the back of the case but it does not seem to control the back i/o led switch turn on and off

The 3 pin would plug into the red coloured "Fan Hub Power Source", which that cable would go into the PSU molex assuming you are talking about that cable and the button to control the I/O Led is on the front.
