If i install a network card on a motherboard will it take the load from the CPU or the load that it takes from the CPU is insignificant ?

The onboard NIC has its own controller, so it's not like it's running off the CPU directly or anything. The difference in performance required from the CPU will remain essentially unchanged (assuming they're the same speed).

Insignificant.  Don't bother unless you need extra interfaces.  No need to take up expansion slots on the mainboard that you might could use for something else.

That's not really true. The communication from and to the NIC will still use CPU resources, just it won't use any more than the onboard NIC
