FPS dropping in Overwatch

I should be getting 240 FPS in Overwatch, but it drops to 200 instantly in the game. I never dropped below 60 FPS when I played in 4k so it should be a consistent 240 FPS in 1080p, right? It's the same number of pixels.

No, performance usually doesn't scale like that. 

Check what's making you hit some sort of frame rate ceiling, like CPU or GPU usage.

LOL, thats not how it works.

The higher the FPS, the higher the CPU load, even if your GPU can manage 240FPS.

You want it to stay at exactly 240fps? Perhaps limit the fps to something like 200. You don't need the fps to exceed 144, right?

Aida64, OCCT, Argus Monitor, Windows Task Manager, MSI Afterburner, ... etc

Its from the recent update its because of the new endorsement update when u press tab and it shows the levels ect it causes fps drops
