High MS in Doom

So i bought the Helios 500 for good performance all around, and its working great in all games but DOOM 2016.

I have 90-150 fps on ultra but it stutters.

 

When my Ms is lower than 9 its butter smooth, but i dont know what causes this and there is no info on what it is on the web.

 

Please educate me on how to lower it and what it is

Are you using OpenGL or Vulkan API?

it does take the MS down from 16 to 12-5 but still alot of stuttering

And i get really tilted when my ms goes to 5 and its all smooth for a millisecond only to go back to 11ms'


Edit: cutscenes are capped at 60 fps

the 9.12 ms in the frame is the opposite of frames per second.

 

It's Seconds Per Frame in milliseconds. The lower is it, the smoother the experience.
