FPS Sudden Drops

My laptop have some problems with games.Especially open world games.When I run from place to place FPS suddenly drops for about 3 secs and returns to normal.Even In offline mode. Sometime it froze for 2secs and back to normal.Temperature is ok.My laptop spec is GTX 1050 4gb. i5 8th gen 8000 somethings. 60Hz refreshes rate.
