Control 3-pin pump speed

I own a EK-DCP 4.0 pump (https://www.ekwb.com/shop/ek-dcp-4-0-12v-dc-pump) and is powered by a 3pin connector on my motherboard.

 

As it is running at max speed all the time, it makes a fair bit of noise. 

 

The only option seems to be controlling it by adjusting the voltage. My motherboard doesn't allow this, even in the bios ( old mobo intel dp67de )

 

Any voltage controllers you can recommend? Or alternative options?

I run my DDC at 7V over the +5V and the +12V line

I use 3 of these no problems so far:

Koolance CTR-SPD1224M 12V or 24V Pump/Fan Controller

Should work perfect for your use case.
