what different with both this cpu? A8-9600 and X4 950

and which is better for my build? i know you will ask why i choose this cpu because is budget my plan is about 5 or 8 month later i will upgrade this cpu to ryzen, and this is my first build

 

spec: gtx 1050Ti/4gb×2 ram/ asrock pro 4/ be quiet pure power 10 400W

It would be far better to get a 1200 / 1300X CPU with that build than either the A8 or X4, both of which are refreshes of an old CPU architecture.

 

The 1200 can be found pretty cheaply now that the 2200g is out.

i see from random youtube video bench there are many shuttering and glitch graphic for game like BF1 it is true? or already fixed?,

That was an issue yes, but afaik there is a driver that solves the issue

Shows exactly the issue and how to solve it, maybe there are already drivers out that fixed it officialy

But he already has a Graphics card, a PSU  and probably storage as well.

That build will work just fine. If you allready have a GPU you can grab an 1600 instead. It will provide more performance.
