Afternoon People,

My motherboard has a USB 3 connector which a cable on my case connects to, to provide for the front panel io. Problem being that there is only 2 usb 3 type a. I have looked on amazon and there are these io ports which sit in the 5.25 inch drive bays, supplying usb C/sdcard reader etc. The only problem is that it takes up the usb 3 port on the motherboard. Is there any adapter that I can use, or using one that uses something like a sata port?

Yours Sincerely,

What you'll need is a USB expansion card if you want further USB 3.0 internal connections.
