Remove mouse stiff motion's

Hey there as my post title says I am having issues with my mouse movements are stiff and can make it hardier to. I am using Razer speed edition desk size and tried HP omen it is almost same as the Razer one. ???maybe get hard cover mouse pads that I think its has a metal surface for smooth and fast. Yours Elite.

Any mouse pads that are has solid Base and smooth mousepad.
