255.75 on ICCMax. Safe?

Hi,

 

I recently got a Dell G7 15, and have been tinkering with undervolting to improve performance. I seem to be able to get ICCMax all the way up to 255.75 and so far no problems. Should I turn it down? Could this hurt the cpu or board? Does it degrade performance? Basically, what am I doing and why could it be wrong? Thank you for your time.
