I am considering the following 2 monitors since they are on sale for Canada Day (pretty disappointed at the sale but oh well) .

Dell S2417DG with 165hz and TN panel

Dell U2518D and 60hz with IPS panel

Both 2560 x 1440.

Basically is it worth the money to for high refresh rate and give up the coloring? or should i go find myself a monitor with a VA panel? Or they both suck I should just find a better one with better deal?

Go for TN monitor:
1. If you are able to get 165FPS+ in games

2. If you don't mind the colors

Go for IPS monitor:
1. If you are after color and display accuracy

2. If you don't mind going 60Hz
