touch screen settings for generic touch screen?

normally with touch devices theres specific pen and touch settings in control panel for functionality. however its not standard for a computer that youve added a touch screen to.

basically im sticking a 10" monitor in my land rover defender, and im just try running it on a desk. it all works fine, but im unable to right click. on touch screen laptops in pen and touch settings tehres the option to add hold for right click...

so any recommendatons to find add these settings and or 3rd party software to enable more touch functionality.

Right-click on a touch screen is done by a tap and hold of your finger on the screen.

If you cant' do this, it is probably because you don't have the drivers to add the algorithms to manage interference and smoothing of data the OS receives. So basically, even if you are not moving your finger, the OS see that you are (vibrating) and not registering the right-click.
